Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a Supply Chain team (approx. 10 direct reports) through a period of industrial transformation, fostering capability building and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Define and implement the medium- to long-term supply strategy to ensure industrial agility, resilience and cost control aligned with the Maison’s commercial objectives.
  • Own the PIC / S&OP process, coordinating demand, production and commercial teams to secure on‑time delivery of collections to boutiques and wholesale channels.
  • Supervise master production and procurement planning for finished goods, raw materials and components; set and manage safety stock policies for recurrent items.
  • Negotiate capacities and contractual terms with external manufacturers to align partner capabilities with forecasted demand and production plans.
  • Oversee order follow-up, delivery performance, billing processes and the integrity of physical and information flows.
  • Drive sourcing strategy in conjunction with Purchasing to shorten lead times, optimise logistics flows and improve responsiveness.
  • Define, deploy and monitor Supply Chain KPIs; produce regular reporting for Executive Management and lead corrective action plans.
  • Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • Act as a strategic interface with the Commercial Directorate, ensuring seamless communication around launches, sales objectives and key events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in supply chain, planning or operations within apparel, textiles or a closely related industry.
  • Proven track record in leading industrial process transformation and accompanying organisational change.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and external manufacturing partners.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a discipline for prioritisation and results.
  • Fluent English (mandatory); Italian is a plus.
