Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy industrial strategy and purchasing policy for materials and components
- Oversee the manufacturer and supplier portfolio through negotiations, audits, partner onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate production launches in close collaboration with the Collections Directorate
- Lead the internal workshop and Design Office on performance, quality, and health and safety initiatives
- Pilot the master production schedule and ensure delivery and budget commitments are met
- Develop, motivate, and expand an ambitious team of 120 employees

- Minimum 15 years' experience in the fashion industry
