Hermès International seeks a seasoned HR executive to lead human resources development and internal communications at the holding level. This role encompasses strategic leadership of talent and performance management across approximately 180 managers, development of diversity and inclusion initiatives, oversight of training and onboarding programs, and coordination of internal communications and workplace quality-of-life initiatives. The position combines strategic vision with operational execution, managing multiple concurrent projects while championing the maison's values of excellence and craftsmanship throughout the organization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and animate the management community (~180 people) and drive performance management and development campaigns
  • Coordinate talent review processes, individual development plans, and internal mobility strategies
  • Oversee training strategy, integration seminars, and community engagement for interns and apprentices
  • Develop and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives including employee networks, events, and skills-based volunteering
  • Design and deploy internal communications strategy for managers and employees
  • Pilot internal engagement programs and supervise the MyHIBox platform
  • Coordinate workplace quality-of-life initiatives including mobility, parental support, wellness, catering, and health-safety policies
  • Manage and consolidate the HR Holding budget in coordination with the Finance department

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HR development and/or internal communications
  • Proven strategic experience in talent management, performance management, and organizational development
  • Strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with rigor and agility
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage diverse internal audiences
  • Fluent in English (essential)
  • Experience in luxury, artisanal, or heritage-driven organizations preferred

Experience

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in human resources development, organizational development, and/or internal communications. Preferred experience in managing HR initiatives within luxury, artisanal, or heritage-driven organizations, and demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a holding or multi-site corporate environment.

Education

Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field. Equivalent professional experience and certifications in HR management (CIPD, SHRM) are valued.
