Hermès Manufacture de Métaux, Fontenay-sous-Bois: 6-month internship as Digital Transformation & Data Project Assistant, supporting AI-enhanced data systems and manufacturing innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy an AI-enriched technical data centralization tool in coordination with project stakeholders
- Structure and optimize database architecture to maximize information accessibility and reusability across eight production sites
- Ensure data reliability and consistency within Asana, implementing quality control protocols to guarantee information integrity
- Provide end-user training and change management support to production teams adopting the new platform
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to analyze trends and extract insights from Asana data
- Document anomalies and collaborate with teams to identify and propose qualitative improvements to processes
- Support cross-functional teams in the ideation and product development phases of technical projects
Qualifications
- Proficiency with collaborative and project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, MS Project)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and digital transformation principles
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications and their practical deployment
- Demonstrated rigor in technical documentation with excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to federate stakeholders around innovative ideas in cross-functional environments
