Hermès is recruiting a full-time, six-month internship starting in January 2027 in Bobigny. The intern will help digitize and optimize processes, administer and harmonize tools, develop Power BI indicators, and structure documentation within the Group Security Logistics team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Map existing information flows and processes across platforms, including Agora, servers, and local workstations.
- Help draft functional specifications and identify suitable solutions, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms, OneDrive, Teams, and Power BI.
- Coordinate with the Collaborative Applications team, IT department, and tools support team.
- Help configure tools and draft administration guidelines and user quick-reference guides.
- Support the implementation of interfaces and automations between tools.
- Help develop monitoring indicators and deploy them in Power BI, with alerts aligned to defined thresholds.
- Format and standardize procedures and dashboards.
- Contribute to the interaction design of data-collection tools, including Forms, Power BI, and SharePoint pages.
- Help structure and improve the reliability of the document repository by removing duplicate content.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree, with an interest in project management.
- Comfortable with the Microsoft 365 environment and curious about Power BI and automation tools.
- Prior experience with automation systems or AI solutions is an advantage.
- Enjoys building strong working relationships, asking questions, listening, and collaborating in demanding, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrates rigor, precision, and a commitment to high-quality work.
