Hermès (Pantin) is hiring a Digital Resilience Manager to lead group cyber resilience and DRP testing. Senior, full‑time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Group digital/cyber resilience doctrine, policies and core documentation (Plan de Secours Informatique, PRA Cyber, DRP).
- Design, pilot and continuously improve the Group‑level digital resilience programme and roadmap, aligning deliverables with IT/cyber risk scenarios.
- Define and manage the DRP/test plan for the digital estate; organise and oversee resilience tests across Hermès and its subsidiaries.
- Integrate resilience requirements into major IT projects (applications, infrastructure) and provide resilience review during project design and change processes (CAB).
- Specify and drive resilience capabilities and technical projects (e.g., emergency failover infrastructure, clean rooms, secure recovery capabilities).
- Conduct incident and crisis expertise on major cyber or digital incidents; feed lessons learned (REX) into the resilience strategy.
- Provide advisory support and training to application owners, regional IT/SSI leads and local subsidiaries; coordinate with DSIT and other transversal teams.
- Contribute to standards and control work on cloud models (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), OT environments and on‑premise components to ensure resilient architectures.
- Collaborate closely with the Operational Resilience & Anticipation team, the Cybersecurity Directorate and the Infrastructure & Technology teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s level education (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in computer science, cybersecurity or equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, IT resilience or business continuity roles, with proven ownership of DRP/BCP programmes.
- Demonstrated experience working with international stakeholders and multi‑site organisations.
- Strong technological literacy with deep understanding of core SI components (network, IAM, storage, infrastructure).
- Excellent communication skills: able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non‑technical audiences.
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple parallel initiatives and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT resilience, business continuity or closely related functions, including responsibility for DRP/continuity testing and cross‑organisational coordination.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in computer science, cybersecurity or equivalent technical discipline.

The successful candidate will be located in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
