Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in the receipt and tracking of printed samples during sourcing of new bases and printing techniques
• Assist in preparing and sending development files to suppliers
• Contribute to archiving of incomplete sourcing projects, end-of-collection printed textiles, printing bases, and screenprint materials
• Manage destruction procedures for rejected developments
• Create, update, and scan printed material boards during selections and approvals
• Maintain updated printed boards and material drawers on display racks prior to each working session
• Contribute to updating display racks of printing bases by typology
• Support distribution of wide color ranges to the design studio and printing facilities
• Participate in layout and distribution of seasonal general color ranges internally
• Accompany the team during sample receptions, tests, and material deliveries according to meeting and product launch deadlines
• Generate material labels via PLM Centric and ensure daily reception notifications
• Contribute to tracking of secondary textile dyeing associated with prints, monitoring raw stock levels and launch dates
• Participate in initiating lab-dip studies at supplier facilities for production color development
• Enter sample cut, prototype piece, and dye purchase orders into the PLM system
• Contribute to delivery date tracking and management of partial shipments to manufacturers

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in textile design school, business school, or equivalent program
• Sensitivity to materials, prints, and women's ready-to-wear aesthetics
• Proficient in Excel with ease of use
• Recognized for rigor, precision, and organizational skill; able to manage multiple parallel workstreams, respect tight deadlines, and ensure reliability of deliverables

Entry-level or no prior professional experience; students of textile design, fashion, or business backgrounds encouraged to apply.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in textile design, fashion/apparel design, business, or related discipline.
