Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end development and industrialization projects for silver jewellery, ensuring aesthetic, technical and cost objectives are met.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams — Creation, R&D (Bureau d'Études and Méthodes), Quality, Purchasing, Supply, Stone Service and external ateliers — to secure milestone deliveries (J1–J4) and production launch.
- Manage project planning, budgets and reporting; anticipate and mitigate risks, escalate issues and implement corrective action plans.
- Validate production processes and manufacturing plans to guarantee product quality, finish and target price points.
- Prepare and maintain technical project documentation (technical plans, manufacturing process and routing, weights, engraving/mounting drawings, component nomenclatures).
- Oversee prototyping, tooling and prototype/component inventory; issue and follow orders for prototypes and studies.
- Implement performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives to raise operational efficiency and project throughput.
- Foster transversal alignment, animate project meetings and ensure knowledge transfer to strengthen the project management function within the métier.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5 university qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' confirmed experience in project management, preferably within the jewellery/joaillerie sector with strong product and technical sensibility.
- Proven leadership and ability to federate cross‑disciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational discipline, rigour and capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects under changing conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
- Fluent English (oral and written).

Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within jewellery development and industrialization; demonstrable experience managing prototypes, tooling, technical dossiers and cross‑site production transfers (multi‑sourcing).
Education
Engineering diploma or equivalent Bac+5 university degree.
