Hermès Fashion Accessories Intern, Pantin: Support costume jewelry and belt collections during first semester 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to collection development and monitoring, including collection plans, pricing structures, and product referencing
- Update and maintain databases and tracking tools in coordination with product management teams
- Conduct regular competitive, trend, and quantitative analysis to inform collective strategic thinking
- Coordinate prototype launch, tracking, and reception with strict adherence to timelines
- Assist in podium setup and management for presentations and product shoots
- Develop sales support materials including product specification sheets, seller briefs, catalogues, and material range guides
- Support artistic direction meetings through document preparation, prototype curation, and presentation materials assembly
- Manage prototype shipment logistics for artistic direction sessions, photo shoots, and runway presentations
- Update post-podium collection archives with photography, layouts, and reference documentation
Qualifications
- Pursuing studies in a business school, IFM (Institut Français de la Mode), or equivalent programme focused on fashion, product management, or marketing
- Demonstrated attention to detail and rigorous project management across concurrent responsibilities
- Proven ability to cultivate quality working relationships; natural inquisitiveness and adaptability in demanding, collaborative settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with foundational knowledge of InDesign
- Genuine interest in fashion accessories and demonstrated aesthetic sensibility
