Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead boutique operations with the Store Manager, overseeing day‑to‑day activities and ensuring excellent floor coverage and supervision.
- Drive sales performance for assigned departments by setting objectives, defining commercial action plans and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Manage people: plan daily activities, assign tasks, observe and coach the team on the sales floor, and conduct performance appraisals and development reviews.
- Recruit, onboard and integrate new team members in partnership with store leadership and HR; identify training needs and propose development plans.
- Own buying responsibilities for assigned departments: propose assortment and purchasing strategies based on sales analysis, client feedback and market trends.
- Promote a client culture: support client discovery, clienteling practices, loyalty building and handle complex sales or complaint resolution.
- Ensure data quality and client reachability by coaching the team on accurate data entry and compliance with privacy and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with operations and visual merchandising to optimise in‑store processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality or fashion management.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive management experience, preferably within international luxury fashion retail.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate a diverse boutique team and manage performance.
- Strong analytical skills with appetite for strategy definition and commercial planning.
