Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations in partnership with the Store Manager, ensuring appropriate floor coverage, team deployment and adherence to company procedures.
  • Plan and assign daily objectives and tasks for the department; run morning briefings and align the team on priorities and targets.
  • Coach, mentor and provide continuous feedback to sales staff; conduct inductions and drive personal development plans and annual appraisals.
  • Own commercial performance for allocated departments: set strategies, develop action plans from KPI analysis and propose buying recommendations based on sales, client feedback and market trends.
  • Drive excellence in client experience and clienteling: foster client discovery, strengthen loyalty, support complex sales and manage escalated complaints.
  • Monitor CRM data quality and client reachability in line with privacy and company guidelines; coach the team to improve data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising and operations teams to enhance in‑store presentation and end‑to‑end processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years' professional experience in retail management, ideally within international luxury fashion.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in hospitality or fashion management (preferred but not strictly mandatory).
  • Proven leadership and people‑development capability, with experience setting objectives and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and commercial sense with demonstrable experience in category buying or merchandise planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation, availability and flexibility for a high‑pace retail environment.
