Hermès seeks a Delivery & Support Manager in Pantin to lead planning and forecasting solutions. Minimum 6 years' experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead solution enhancements and incident resolution on planning platforms and associated flows, coordinating internal and external teams to ensure quality and timeline commitments
- Organize and conduct ceremonies for monitoring, testing, and production deployment in collaboration with technical and functional teams
- Guarantee service quality and solution availability by coordinating RUN teams and partners, managing incident and request handling, and escalating issues as needed
- Ensure end-to-end coherence across Anaplan, integration flows, ERPs, and ecosystem solutions by identifying and managing technical and functional dependencies
- Facilitate engagement with business and IT teams, prioritize the backlog according to business imperatives and technical constraints, and contribute to application roadmap development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives strengthening solution reliability, performance, and process quality
- Promote best practices in documentation, testing, and monitoring in coordination with Architecture, Data, ERP, Infrastructure, and Security teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain forecasting and planning processes and their supporting IT solutions
- Strong understanding of application architectures, integration flows, and ERP environments, particularly SAP
- Expertise in Anaplan or similar planning platforms
- Proficiency with ITIL frameworks and project management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid development environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in supply chain forecasting, planning processes, and their supporting IT solutions. Demonstrated capability managing IT teams and external partners in matrix environments, with particular expertise in application lifecycle management, production support, and cross-functional delivery.
Education
Master's degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional certifications (such as ITIL Foundation) may substitute for formal education.
