Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Data Supply Project Manager (6-month contract) to manage data demand and deliver upstream supply‑chain data products.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement an operational demand‑management model for data supply (qualification, prioritization, budgeting and governance) and align it with all stakeholders.
  • Establish and run the necessary rituals and governance forums to operationalize the demand process (COPROJ, COPIL and equivalent steering bodies).
  • Lead delivery of pilot data supply products for product development and application interfaces, coordinating DOS and local data offices.
  • Gather and formalize business data requirements in cooperation with solution teams; translate needs into actionable delivery workplans.
  • Track project progress, report status and escalate risks or dysfunctions to sponsors, proposing corrective actions to meet objectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across IT, supply chain, production and business teams to ensure coherent service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • Confirmed experience in project management, ideally within IT, supply chain or manufacturing contexts.
  • Strong interest and basic fluency in data topics and data product delivery.
  • Proven ability to structure complex topics, synthesize information and communicate clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Capacity to federate cross‑functional teams, work autonomously, and demonstrate rigor, listening skills and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of product development, supply‑chain or production processes is an asset.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of professional experience; confirmed track record in project management, preferably on IT or data projects supporting product development or supply‑chain processes.

Education
