Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Data & AI contact for the upstream supply‑chain functional domain and represent the Data Office service offering to stakeholders.
- Centralise, pre‑qualify and prioritize incoming Data & AI requests from business users and IT according to value and feasibility.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (business teams, IT, Data & AI teams, infrastructure) during framing and opportunity study phases.
- Prepare and contribute to governance and planning ceremonies (weekly Design Authorities, PI Planning, executive committees).
- Monitor deliveries with Product Managers and follow progress across the request portfolio, including the production of functional specifications.
- Define, formalise and promote the Data & AI roadmap for the upstream supply‑chain perimeter to stakeholders.
- Produce reporting and syntheses for requesters and steering committees to track delivery timelines and solution adoption.
- Contribute to raising Data & AI maturity across business and IT teams and animate Data & AI communities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in data, digital or transformation project management; proven track record of leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of upstream supply‑chain business processes and constraints.
- Solid knowledge of data lifecycle topics and their exploitation for business value.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams (business, IT, data, infrastructure) and to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with Data organisation models and service offers; appetite for Analytics, AI and innovation.
Skills
Experience
At least 10 years of progressive experience managing data, digital or business transformation projects, with demonstrable exposure to data/AI initiatives and cross‑disciplinary coordination between business, IT and data teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems or a related discipline; a master’s degree or advanced technical qualification in data/AI or business transformation is advantageous.
