Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and promote the product vision for Analytics & AI within the Supply Chain perimeter, prioritising use cases such as demand forecasting, procurement, logistics, inventory optimisation and planning.
  • Build, maintain and arbitrate the product roadmap, balancing innovation, continuous improvement and industrialisation priorities.
  • Specify product objectives, value KPIs and adoption metrics; author and groom the product backlog and write User Stories with business and technical teams.
  • Lead multidisciplinary squads (Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, ML Engineers) and coordinate delivery across testing, business validation and production rollout.
  • Ensure alignment with architecture, security, privacy and Data Foundation teams throughout delivery and in-run operations.
  • Define and monitor SLOs/SLA, manage major incidents and conduct post-mortems to preserve product reliability.
  • Implement data quality monitoring and alerting; monitor model performance (drift, explainability), plan retraining and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Measure business impact of deployed solutions, drive adoption with business stakeholders and report outcomes to sponsors through sprint reviews and value reviews.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, including at least 3 years in Product Management/Product Ownership for Data, Analytics or AI products.
  • Proven track record managing products in production with responsibilities for performance, reliability and adoption.
  • Practical experience in Agile delivery and in-run operations (SLA/SLO management, incident handling, ITIL practices).
  • Solid knowledge of Supply Chain processes and their analytics use cases (forecasting, replenishment, logistics, inventory planning).
  • Strong data engineering and analytics literacy: data lakes/warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud architectures, SQL and data modelling.
  • Good grasp of machine learning concepts, MLOps, model evaluation metrics and explainability; sensitivity to data governance and AI ethics (GDPR, AI Act).
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with ability to simplify complex technical topics for business audiences.

Experience

Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, data science, supply chain management or a related discipline preferred.
