Hermès — Data Product Manager, AI Platform in Pantin, Île-de-France. Lead LLMs, agentic AI tooling, platform lifecycle, adoption and governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evangelise the product vision and roadmap for the Group’s AI platform, aligning with DOS strategy and cross-functional priorities.
- Structure the platform offering into discrete products and services (APIs, LLM catalogue, agentic AI tooling), and prioritise product backlogs by business value, cross‑team impact and reuse.
- Write product artefacts: product briefs, user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria (DoR/DoD); run roadmap reviews, backlog refinement and arbitration sessions.
- Design, build and maintain the IA service catalogue and associated SLO/SLA targets (availability, performance, time-to-value).
- Formalise runbooks and incident management processes (N1/N2/N3 classification, escalations, post-mortems) with Run teams.
- Integrate FinOps practices: cost modelling, showback/chargeback and usage optimisation for AI services.
- Drive internal adoption and go-to-market: target segmentation, value propositions, piloting, rollouts, onboarding, documentation and training.
- Implement product observability and analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards for executive steering, and measure adoption, usage, costs and ROI.
- Participate in architecture and AI governance committees; specify non-functional requirements for security, scalability, resilience and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships: roadmap alignment, support, pricing and compliance; assess and select providers against use cases and maintain product-centric market watch.
- Communicate product decisions and governance rules, and animate user forums and AI communities of practice across technical and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience; at least 5 years in Product Management with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI/ML products.
- Proven, demonstrable experience with generative AI and LLMs, ideally including production deployments.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructures (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with cost, security and operational constraints.
- Strong stakeholder management across technology, cyber, legal and business functions; demonstrable transversal leadership.
- Professional command of English, both written and spoken, in technical and product contexts.

Experience
Minimum 6 years' professional experience; at least 5 years in product management with a minimum of 2 years working on AI/ML products. Demonstrable experience deploying generative AI/LLMs and managing cross-functional adoption and vendor relationships.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent.
