As Data Manager within Hermès' Fashion Division, this role transforms data into a strategic decision-making lever across the Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear operations. Reporting to the Fashion Pole's Financial Direction alongside the Head of Data & BI, the incumbent ensures data coherence and reliability across all information systems while orchestrating reporting projects and coordinating data governance frameworks in alignment with broader digital transformation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure data consistency and quality across Women's Ready-to-Wear systems throughout the enterprise information landscape
- Drive reporting and analytics projects via Power BI, from requirements definition through user acceptance testing
- Lead data governance initiatives and disseminate the master data reference framework to internal stakeholder teams
- Coordinate the data component of the Group ERP evolution programme, including data migration and recovery protocols
- Support Studio, Collection, Production, and Finance teams in enhancing data quality maturity and competency
- Secure the data perimeter of Fashion Division transformation projects in coordination with Group IT leadership
Qualifications
- Mastery of Master Data Management principles and master data reference workflows
- Proven ability to galvanise cross-functional stakeholders and build consensus across diverse organisational contexts
- Demonstrated reliability and strategic thinking in high-impact transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality assurance protocols
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data management, master data governance, or related business intelligence roles within complex, multi-system environments.
Education
Higher education qualification in information systems, data science, business analytics, or equivalent professional certification in data governance frameworks.
