Hermès Data Manager (H/F) position in Pantin, France. Lead data governance and business intelligence across Shoe métier operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead data governance strategy within the designated scope, establishing quality standards, monitoring protocols, and RACI frameworks in alignment with group governance standards
- Map business data assets, construct comprehensive data dictionaries, and define governance rules for data availability and consistency
- Design and execute a data security and reliability roadmap to ensure integrity and longevity across systems
- Document business intelligence indicators and reports; design and evolve data quality control tools
- Identify data anomalies, coordinate operational teams in issue resolution, and track associated performance metrics
- Manage data interface activations and guide business units toward independent data stewardship capabilities
- Represent the Shoe métier within enterprise Data governance committees and cascade strategic data priorities to internal teams
- Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to support business-driven transformation projects impacting data infrastructure, particularly PLM, MDM, and ERP evolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, management, or governance
- Demonstrated expertise with core enterprise systems including PLM, ERP, and MDM platforms
- Proficiency with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
- Fluency in SQL and Python or equivalent data processing languages
- Advanced Excel competency
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-functional stakeholder environments and drive governance initiatives

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, management, or governance, ideally in product-centric or industrial environments. Proven ability to master complex enterprise information systems, structure cross-functional requirements, and advance governance initiatives within matrixed organizations.
