Hermès Sellier seeks a Data Manager in Pantin, France to lead data governance and BI across IDO and Petit h divisions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define, deploy and animate data governance for the IDO and Petit h divisions in alignment with group standards and committees.
- Ensure data quality and coherence by governing master/reference data (product, production, etc.), establishing KPIs and driving continuous improvement actions.
- Formalize data référentiels and foster a data culture by training and enabling business teams towards controlled self‑service BI.
- Act as business referent on data and BI projects: specify needs, validate solutions, and ensure coherence between systems.
- Represent the divisions within group Data instances and ensure application of group standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or equivalent university diploma.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in data management and in delivering data or Business Intelligence projects.
- Proven experience with master/reference data (product, production) and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Strong ability to formalize, structure and synthesize complex, cross‑functional subjects.
- Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness, excellent interpersonal skills and proven capacity to work collaboratively in a transforming, high‑expectation environment.

Experience
At least 3 years of experience in data management and in managing data or BI projects, with demonstrated exposure to master/reference data domains.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or university.
