The role sits within Hermès Commercial — the organisation responsible for finished-goods flows to the international retail network and after‑sales operations — offering exposure to high-quality, detail-driven retail and supply‑chain processes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support data cleansing, enrichment and quality-control operations across commercial and after‑sales datasets.
• Document datasets and simplified lineage (data dictionary, dataset descriptions) to improve discoverability and governance.
• Monitor data flows and usage, analyse data quality metrics and help implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the design, optimisation and delivery of interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI) to meet Central Supply & After‑Sales requirements.
• Share visualisations with business teams, collect feedback and implement iterative improvements.
• Support KPI tracking and the documentation of indicators used by operational teams.
• Develop monitoring tools and processes to increase the reliability and performance of BI solutions.
• Produce user supports and contribute to training materials to foster adoption of Data tools.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to structure data governance (catalogue, best practices) and run data‑quality audits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (engineering school, business school or university) with a specialisation in Data Management, Business Intelligence or equivalent.
• Previous internship or work placement in Data, BI or project management is desirable; exposure to supply‑chain topics is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills; macros and VBA are a strong asset.
• Experience with data visualisation tools, specifically Power BI.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and/or Python is appreciated.
• Strong analytical reasoning, rigor and organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
• Curiosity, motivation and enthusiasm for team projects and hands‑on data work.

Skills

Experience

Candidate should be currently enrolled in a Master-level programme (Bac+4/5). A prior internship or alternating placement in Data/BI or project management is preferred; familiarity with supply‑chain operations is a plus.

Education

Master-level studies (Bac+4/5) in engineering, business school or university with a specialisation in Data Management, Business Intelligence or equivalent.
