Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie seeks a Data Integration Project Manager in Pantin, France — lead ERP/MES/APS integrations and middleware delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end integration projects: scope, planning, budgeting, risk management and delivery quality control.
- Set and run project governance: chair steering committees, produce executive reporting and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams (development, infrastructure, security) to synchronise dependencies and enforce deliveries.
- Define and validate integration architecture and patterns (ESB, API), message schemas and data mappings to ensure coherence and data quality.
- Manage deployment phases: organise acceptance testing, orchestrate production cutovers and structure post‑go‑live support to guarantee service continuity.
- Act as the interface between business and IT: facilitate workshops, translate functional requirements into integration solutions and align technical implementations with business expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement: conduct technological watch, propose evolutions of standards, tools and architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or engineering diploma (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems or project management.
- Minimum 10 years' proven experience in integration/project roles, ideally within complex or industrial environments.
- Recognised technical expertise in systems integration and middleware with prior experience as a technical integration expert.
- Proven experience with ESB/Middleware platforms such as TIBCO, MuleSoft or Talend.
- Practical knowledge of ETL / data integration tools (Talend, Informatica, SSIS).
- Strong SQL skills: data modelling, complex queries and performance optimisation.
- Good understanding of ERP, MES, APS landscapes and hybrid architectures (on‑premise, SaaS, Cloud).
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills with the ability to simplify technical subjects for business stakeholders.
- Decisive under operational constraints, strong analytical mindset and result orientation.

Experience
At least 10 years in integration and IT project delivery, with demonstrated responsibility for middleware/ESB projects and integration between ERP, MES and planning systems in complex or industrial contexts.
Education
Master’s degree or engineering diploma (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems, or project management.
