Hermès Digital, Paris: 6-month Data Catalog Project Manager role managing product data infrastructure, PIM/MDM systems, and Haiku LLM governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the PIM digital referential at the highest quality level across the entire e-commerce catalog, ensuring data integrity and product modeling consistency across all business lines
- Execute data maintenance operations including migrations, integrations, corrective actions, and modeling changes while adhering to digital business constraints
- Enrich the e-commerce catalog through data implementation and collaborative efforts with Web Contribution and copywriting teams
- Monitor the successful execution of workflows and e-commerce tools, identifying and escalating technical bugs as needed
- Maintain and update the data request backlog, tracking all issues and resolutions systematically
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all referential data matters across the e-retail organization, translating operational needs into concrete solutions
- Collaborate with technical referential teams on data flows and system improvements, including migration initiatives and enhancement recommendations
- Act as operational MDM data owner for digital teams, providing expert guidance and governance
- Establish and maintain data governance protocols for the Haiku LLM document repository in consultation with all stakeholders across business units and customer service centers
- Build and monitor the Haiku LLM document database by assessing customer service center requirements, identifying data sources, formatting documents, and integrating content
- Mentor an apprentice throughout the contract duration on LLM-related deliverables
- Continuously improve the Haiku document database based on customer service center feedback and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in data management
- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce tools and platforms, specifically PIM and MDM systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation
- Technical understanding of data modeling and the ability to comprehend and optimize data flows
- Exceptional organizational and methodological rigor, including proven ability to prioritize, develop action plans, and execute test phases
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to champion initiatives and engage cross-functional digital teams
- Excellent pedagogical skills and superior written and oral communication abilities
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English

Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in data management roles, with demonstrated expertise in e-commerce environments and exposure to PIM/MDM systems.
