Hermès Maison Data Assistant internship (6 months) in Pantin. Support data governance, user training, and quality initiatives under the Data Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide end-user training on product data systems, tools, and business logic to new staff members and operational teams
- Deliver daily operational support to resolve tool-related issues and user questions
- Contribute to product data quality initiatives, including MDM (Master Data Management) and ERP data enrichment and validation
- Monitor and report data quality metrics, develop new tracking indicators as needed
- Create and maintain training documentation, procedure guides, and data governance reference materials
- Track and escalate data anomalies to the appropriate stakeholders
- Participate in Data Group committees focused on continuous data improvement
- Document and clarify core processes related to master data management and quality controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or equivalent (Bac +3/4/5)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Pedagogical mindset and ability to support non-technical users
- Excellent synthesis and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to process improvement
- ERP system knowledge (preferred)
