Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update master data related to materials and colourways across all relevant databases and working documents.
• Administer seasonal physical and digital colour libraries (colorama, swatch bundles) and coordinate PMC vignettes.
• Create and update PLM components and manage associated item creation (OA/POA) in M3; track order portfolios and supplier invoicing.
• Operate as the operational interface with suppliers and internal development teams (DDIM) for material development, sample flows and quality follow-ups.
• Manage stock lifecycle for raw materials, finished goods and masters: record entries/exits, process stock movements (OD, OPS, RIS), and perform lot reclassifications.
• Plan and execute biannual inventories and organise controlled destructions where required.
• Generate and maintain daily activity trackers, KPI dashboards and ad hoc reports to support decision-making.
• Raise and follow supplier claims; perform supplier reminders and quality escalation where necessary.
• Coordinate cut-flow files, podium bundles and the IT administration of master/sample flows between PLM, M3, Share and supplier portals.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3) or equivalent vocational qualification with specialization or significant experience in data processing or master data management.
• Minimum 3 years' professional experience in data management, logistics or master-data role; experience in fashion/leather goods or materials development preferred.
• Proven proficiency with Pack Office and Powerpoint and hands-on experience with M3, PLM and BI tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload under deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with capacity for synthesis, initiative and responsiveness; strong interpersonal skills for supplier and cross-functional collaboration.
• English language skills are a plus.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in data management, inventory control or logistics coordination, ideally within fashion, leather goods or materials development environments.

Education

Bac+2/3 or equivalent diploma in data processing, logistics, supply chain or a related discipline.
