Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in data project management by gathering and analyzing business team requirements and collaborating on functional specification documentation
- Support the development of BI solutions through needs analysis, iterative solution design, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Assist with quality assurance activities, user training coordination, and documentation of deployed tools and processes
- Engage in team-wide knowledge exchange and contribute analytical insights to enhance existing practices
- Support the growth and cohesion of the Data & Integration Division through active participation in team initiatives
Qualifications
- Comfortable with SQL and DAX with demonstrated desire to deepen expertise in Power BI and Snowflake
- Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language for diverse business stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and refined interpersonal skills for building quality business relationships
- Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated capacity to question, understand, and contextualize work within collaborative, matrix-based environments
