Hermès Sellier in Pantin seeks a Data & BI Project Assistant (apprenticeship) for a 12-month alternance starting Sept 2026 — support Data and BI projects.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of Data projects: gather and analyse business needs, draft functional specifications, coordinate development activities and manage project milestones under the guidance of a project manager.
- Plan, organise and accompany user acceptance testing; produce user documentation and deliver training to ensure adoption of new solutions.
- Define, design and iteratively develop BI solutions: translate business requirements into dashboards/reports, implement iterative improvements and deploy solutions to business users.
- Facilitate business adoption of data assets by providing user support, onboarding and change management activities focused on data democratization and harmonisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain and IT to ensure alignment of data models, integration requirements and operational constraints.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or engineering school (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) and eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
- Prior internship experience in a corporate production environment or consulting context.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor, initiative and capacity for synthesis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic technical knowledge in SQL and DAX; willingness and ability to ramp up on Power BI and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain principles and an interest in IT systems and project facilitation.

Experience
Previous internship experience in a company or consulting firm, ideally with exposure to production environments or supply chain processes; practical experience applying analytical or project-support tasks during prior placements.
Education
Enrolled in a business school or engineering school (apprenticeship/alternance programme).
