Hermès Data Analyst Intern, Pantin — support digital transformation through data management and analytics in a luxury heritage maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and document data flows while ensuring data quality and traceability
- Design and maintain dashboards and performance monitoring systems for business teams
- Conduct data analysis, studies, and reporting tailored to operational and strategic needs
- Participate in developing data standards, governance frameworks, and organization-wide data literacy initiatives
- Gather business requirements, prepare reports and presentations, and support change management efforts across departments
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bac+4/5 program (engineering school, business school, or university) with specialization in Data, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Solid foundational knowledge of SQL and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Beginners accepted; internship experience or academic projects in data analytics or information systems are advantageous but not required.
Education
