Operating within the Hermès Commercial organisation, the Nouvelles Chances Produits (NCP) team manages stock flows, logistics and resale operations for unsold or second-choice items and is developing data-led capabilities to support operational decision-making.
Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Data Analyst Intern (6-month full-time internship from Sept 2026) to maintain and deploy Power BI dashboards for NCP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the operational performance of existing Power BI dashboards developed from manual Excel sources; collect, prioritise and implement fixes and ergonomic improvements.
- Continue deployment of additional Power BI dashboards (manual/Excel source), identifying and sourcing required data in collaboration with the Data, Technology & Innovation teams.
- Develop dashboards or coordinate their development with technical teams or external consultants, producing functional specifications, test scripts and ensuring successful user acceptance.
- Centralise and document evolution requests from dashboard référents (Supply, Logistics, Sales), and update technical and operational documentation (runbooks, data dictionaries).
- Participate in BI/Data project meetings; communicate progress to stakeholders and contribute to change management, training and recipe phases.
- Contribute to data quality monitoring for critical business datasets and support the industrialisation (automation) of dashboards within the NéoBI programme.
Qualifications
- Bac+4/5 in Engineering, Business School or University; specialisation in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong practical command of Power BI including report creation, DAX and Power Query.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Autonomous, reactive and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Organised, rigorous, curious with analytical and synthesis capabilities.

Experience
Open to beginners and recent graduates; academic projects or initial professional experience in BI/Data analytics are welcome.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master-level) in Engineering, Business or University; specialisation in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence is a plus.
