Hermès seeks a Cybersecurity Lead, Métiers & Corporate in Pantin to drive cyber governance, risk management, and organizational awareness across business units.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as dedicated cyber contact for corporate and business operations management, including HR, Finance, Security, Real Estate, and Property divisions
- Translate Group security policy into tailored roadmaps aligned with specific business enjeux and operational constraints
- Define and monitor cyber maturity indicators by business line
- Contribute to governance bodies including risk committees, management reviews, and internal audits
- Prioritize cyber initiatives according to business criticality and risk exposure
- Oversee a multi-business cyber initiative portfolio
- Facilitate cyber risk mapping exercises in partnership with business stakeholders
- Identify critical assets, sensitive processes, and business-specific exposures
- Support implementation of customized risk treatment plans aligned with operational contexts
- Track corrective actions and escalate residual risks to central cyber governance
- Design and deploy educational content tailored to corporate and business profiles
- Disseminate communications and awareness programs defined by the information security team
- Foster a community of cyber ambassadors and security advocates within business units
- Measure awareness initiative effectiveness and continuously adjust programs
- Support business projects with significant cyber impact through a Security-By-Design approach from conception
- Produce communication materials adapted for diverse audiences (executives, managers, employees)
- Ensure cyber Group initiatives are incorporated into business and corporate roadmaps
- Pilot adoption phases for new security practices and policies
- Conduct regulatory surveillance on cyber obligations applicable to business operations
- Support business compliance efforts and associated documentation
- Participate in crisis exercises and business continuity planning (BCP/DRP) with relevant departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5–6 years of multidisciplinary cybersecurity consulting experience
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex cyber concepts and challenges in accessible terms
- Proficiency in assessing production and logistics environments
- Strong collaborative skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working with international teams and multilingual environments
- Organizational capabilities to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Familiarity with luxury goods or premium manufacturing environments preferred

Minimum 5 to 6 years of multidisciplinary cybersecurity consulting experience. Candidates should demonstrate significant expertise in the cybersecurity domain with proven ability to navigate complex organizational environments, engage with C-suite and operational leaders, and translate technical security concepts into business-aligned strategies. Prior experience in fashion, luxury retail, or manufacturing industries is valued.
Education
Université degree, Bachelor's (Bac+4) or Master's (Bac+5) level, preferably in information systems, cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or related technical or business discipline.
