Role & Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Tech Leads in adopting and applying formal project management methodologies across cybersecurity initiatives.
• Administer and promote the PPM tool (Planisware) to ensure consistent use by cyber project teams and maintain up-to-date project records.
• Ensure key project documentation is complete, accurate and aligned with budgetary allocations within the cyber portfolio.
• Maintain and update the RoadMap tracking files and PPM entries; produce and distribute timely project status reports.
• Define, calculate and monitor KPIs to track project performance and the overall cyber portfolio; escalate alerts and inconsistencies.
• Develop a consolidated view of concurrent projects to identify interdependencies and optimize sequencing or resource allocation.
• Organize cross-functional and project meetings, draft minutes and follow up on action items; write guides and operating procedures for PMs.
• Drive change management within the cyber organisation to support process evolution and adoption.
• Track cyber team resourcing (headcount, contractors, suppliers), control time imputations in PPM and implement resource-management rules and processes.
• Provide operational support to budget monitoring and consumption reporting for cyber projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in project coordination, portfolio management or PMO functions (IT/cyber preferred).
• Proven mastery of portfolio management solutions, notably Planisware, and practical use of PPM tools.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and PMO best practices.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong organisational rigour, analytical synthesis and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogy and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and a clear understanding of cybersecurity topics and their business impacts.

Experience

Minimum 6 years in project coordination, PMO or portfolio management roles, ideally within IT or cybersecurity contexts, with hands-on experience of Planisware or equivalent PPM platforms.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
