Hermès seeks a Temporary Customs Audit Coordinator in Dayton, NJ for a 3–4 month project assignment reviewing import/export compliance documentation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review import/export documentation (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs entries) for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and analyze discrepancies related to country of origin, HTS codes, and product valuation
  • Communicate identified discrepancies to management and collaborate on resolution strategies
  • Support day-to-day functions of the Import/Export team
  • Provide cross-functional assistance to other divisions as project requirements evolve
