Hermès Paris seeks trilingual customer advisor (German/English/French) for European e-commerce and retail support, contract role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end interactions with European e-commerce customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp, offering product guidance and driving sales opportunities
  • Receive, analyze, approve, and track European e-commerce orders through to delivery, ensuring meticulous follow-up
  • Deliver exceptional service consistent with Hermès brand image, articulating product stories and heritage to customers
  • Initiate proactive outreach calls to customers, providing notifications on new products, services, and procedural changes whilst maintaining a service-oriented mindset
  • Build and cultivate lasting customer relationships through excellent experiences and active portfolio management to foster loyalty and engagement
  • Handle inbound customer calls for European retail stores, providing guidance and seamless omnichannel support
  • Offer comprehensive product information, including specifications, availability, and reservation details, communicating purchase and returns procedures
