Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across the Benelux-Nordics region via telephone, email, and digital channels
  • Deliver high-quality omnichannel customer experiences aligned with Hermès service standards
  • Provide comprehensive product information including features, availability, reservations, and specifications
  • Explain purchasing procedures, returns, exchanges, and coordinate follow-up with relevant stores
  • Ensure consistency and quality in customer relationships and store coordination

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (both written and verbal communication)
