Hermès — Customer Relationship Management Intern in Hong Kong: part-time CRM internship focused on client engagement, reporting and event support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly CRM reports in collaboration with the Senior CRM Executive to inform client strategies and performance metrics.
- Manage 1-to-1 and 1-to-few client communications to drive engagement, retention and personalised service.
- Support planning and execution of in-store activation events, coordinating logistics, vendors and service providers to ensure flawless delivery.
- Work cross-functionally with Communications, Customer Relations Centre and E‑commerce teams to enable omnichannel client invitations and unified campaign execution.
- Maintain and update client databases to guarantee accurate, current records and segmentation integrity.
- Collect post-event feedback with CX and retail teams and assist in translating insights into operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree programme in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Pleasant and professional demeanour, well organised and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and reporting tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a basic understanding of POS or CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; good command of Mandarin.
- Available to work as an intern 2–3 full days per week within a Monday–Friday schedule.

Experience
No prior professional experience is required; the programme is designed for students and recent graduates. Retail or CRM exposure will be considered an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
