Hermès Client Relations Agent (Fluent in Swedish & English) – Brussels headquarters supporting Benelux-Nordic region, starting February 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for end customers via email, telephone, and digital channels across the Benelux-Nordic territories
- Provide high-quality omnichannel customer support through telephone and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with Hermès service standards
- Deliver comprehensive product information including features, availability, reservations, and related details
- Explain purchasing procedures, returns, and exchange processes while ensuring coordination with relevant store locations
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships in alignment with the brand's service philosophy
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously and prioritize inquiries in a fast-paced, multilingual environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in Swedish and English; knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish is advantageous
- Prior experience in hotel, retail, or e-commerce sectors with direct customer interaction
- Experience engaging with sophisticated and international clientele preferred
