Hermès Paris Sèvres: Customer Experience Specialist fixed-term contract (July–August) for upscale retail hospitality and client relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet clients warmly throughout the boutique, serving as house master and directing them to appropriate sales departments
  • Facilitate seamless omnichannel engagement, managing cross-departmental client flows and web-to-shop coordination
  • Offer complimentary premium beverages to all clients in accordance with high-end hospitality standards
  • Manage beverage inventory and maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with VIP and regular clientele through attentiveness to past experiences and recognition of preferences
  • Identify and appropriately welcome prominent guests, adhering to established protocols for discretionary service
