Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clientele warmly throughout the boutique and facilitate connections to appropriate sales departments
  • Provide premium hospitality services including complimentary beverages to all clients while maintaining beverage inventory and cleanliness standards
  • Manage omnichannel client experiences including web-to-shop, distance sales, and shop-to-shop initiatives
