Hermès Deauville seeks part-time Customer Experience Associate for Fridays–Sundays. Premium retail hospitality role with focus on client excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly throughout the store and serve as an internal guide to the appropriate departments and sales advisors
  • Offer complimentary premium beverages to all clients in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
  • Manage beverage inventory and maintain impeccable cleanliness of service areas
  • Support omnichannel client experiences, including web-to-shop, remote sales, and shop-to-shop transactions
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with regular and VIP clientele through personalized recognition and attentive service
  • Solicit and document client feedback regarding their in-store experience to drive continuous improvement
  • Recognize and appropriately welcome notable personalities according to established protocols
  • Manage wait times and client flow across high-volume departments such as accessories, footwear, and fine jewelry
  • Proactively gather feedback and contribute to organizational enhancement initiatives
  • Provide support for ancillary client requests and special services

Qualifications

  • Proven successful experience in luxury boutique hospitality or high-end hotel reception
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain client discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with genuine enthusiasm for the Maison's products and heritage
  • Fluent English language proficiency
