Hermès seeks a trilingual Customer Advisor (German/English/French) in Paris for fixed-term e-commerce and retail customer support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer interactions via phone, email, and WhatsApp with European e-commerce clients, providing product guidance and driving sales
- Receive, analyze, approve, and track European e-commerce orders through fulfillment
- Deliver exceptional client service that reflects Hermès' brand image and foster an engaging omnichannel shopping environment
- Articulate enthusiasm for Hermès' stories and products, emphasizing their distinctive value and heritage
- Make proactive outreach calls to clients regarding new products, services, and procedural updates to maintain engagement
