Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end interactions with European e-commerce customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing tailored product recommendations and driving sales growth
- Process, analyze, and approve European e-commerce orders through completion and delivery, ensuring seamless order fulfillment
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers seeking to engage with Hermès boutiques across Europe, providing comprehensive product information, availability details, and facilitating reservations
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with Hermès brand positioning, fostering lasting relationships and building client loyalty through personalized engagement
- Execute outbound customer communications to maintain proactive contact regarding new products, service updates, and relevant information
- Manage inbound boutique inquiries, assisting customers with guidance on in-store services and ensuring seamless omnichannel coordination between digital and retail channels
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to communicate the heritage, craftsmanship, and added value of Hermès collections

Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and oral; French language skills preferred
- Minimum one year of professional experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or e-commerce environments
- Demonstrated sales ability and proven track record of building client relationships
- Strong analytical capabilities with capacity to manage dispute resolution and prioritize competing demands
- Proficiency with standard office software tools and platforms
