Role & Responsibilities

  • Support deployment of the Ready-to-Wear circularity roadmap across design, production and retail teams.
  • Coordinate planning and follow-up of circularity actions, tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • Collect, manage and analyse inventory and end-of-life data for raw materials and prototype stocks.
  • Benchmark and evaluate new material revalorisation and component recovery solutions.
  • Draft specifications for material sorting and waste stream separation; propose reduction measures for single‑use plastics.
  • Monitor revalorisation processes for finished products and prototypes, and ensure traceability of flows.
  • Coordinate donation processes with designated schools and associations and identify new partners aligned with Hermès values.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and stakeholder communications to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in engineering school, business school or university programme; specialisation in Sustainable Development or Circular Economy preferred.
  • Strong interest in Ready‑to‑Wear and fashion product lifecycles.
  • Autonomous, methodical and highly organised with strong analytical capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (indispensable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
