Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cross‑team projects affecting multiple technologies and stakeholders, with a focus on security and regulatory compliance for Hermès Digital Ventes & Services.
- Act as the primary interface with group security, the Direction des Audits et des Risques, the DPO and internal stakeholders (development, infrastructure, product, control‑interne) to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
- Integrate security and compliance requirements from design through delivery; embed controls and best practices into architectures (micro‑services, cloud).
- Coordinate and drive platform compliance programmes across jurisdictions, liaising with internal control teams, subsidiaries and external partners.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs and timelines; produce reporting and governance artefacts for stakeholders and senior management.
- Animate and govern the internal community of security experts: establish project agendas, follow‑up actions and foster knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate workshops, mentor practitioners, transfer knowledge and promote continuous improvement in security practices and tooling.
- Participate in incident response planning and support implementation of cybersecurity strategies and cloud migration controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in a comparable project or programme management role within digital/IT environments.
- Proven experience managing cloud migration projects (’move to cloud’) and navigating compliance frameworks, legal regulations and certification processes.
- Demonstrated ability to design and govern a coherent security strategy within micro‑services and distributed architectures.
- Proven stakeholder management and governance experience in a matrix organisation; ability to influence peers and senior management.
- Experience coordinating audits, working with DPOs and interfacing with group security functions.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 6 years in equivalent digital/IT project management roles, including substantial experience leading cloud migration and security/compliance programmes within complex, distributed architectures.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
