Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie in Pantin seeks a Cross‑Functional IT Project Manager to lead upstream supply‑chain systems projects. Full‑time, senior role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of strategic IT projects for upstream (procurement/sourcing/production intake) supply chain, ensuring end‑to‑end coherence of processes and systems.
- Work with business stakeholders to qualify needs, prioritise initiatives and build the IT roadmap aligned with overall architecture.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams within the HMS DSI and external partners (consultants, vendors, manufacturers) to deliver projects on time, budget and quality standards.
- Conduct impact analyses and validate proposed process and solution orientations with both business and IT actors.
- Ensure production of high‑quality deliverables, animate governance forums and maintain project communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update functional and technical documentation and the SI knowledge base to guarantee long‑term maintainability.
- Drive user adoption through training and knowledge transfer activities to DSI and business users.
- Identify, manage and monitor project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Own ongoing support and continuous improvement: monitor solution performance (availability, response time, stability) and implement service improvements.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (generalist, computer science) or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management and implementation of information systems.
- Proven experience with at least one major ERP and with reporting/analytical tools.
- Strong knowledge of upstream supply chain processes (sourcing, supplier management, inbound logistics/production planning).
- Excellent communication skills, synthesis and rigor; collaborative team player.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience managing IT projects and deploying information systems, ideally in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
Education
Engineering degree (generalist or computer science) or equivalent.
