CRM Assistant role in Hong Kong SAR with focus on database management, activations, and reporting for luxury travel retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve CRM database quality through account merging and data clearance procedures
  • Communicate with subsidiaries and retail stores to coordinate cross-store merging and gather feedback on data entry standards
  • Adapt group segmentation strategies to local market needs and develop corresponding action plans targeting specific customer segments
  • Execute CRM activation campaigns to drive customer recruitment, retention, and loyalty, measuring effectiveness and tracking plan outcomes
  • Support outreach initiatives by preparing targeted communication lists, building campaign assets, and generating performance reports
  • Prepare and present monthly CRM performance dashboards to retail stores and management
  • Produce ad hoc analytical reports on customer trends, merchandise performance, and targeted customer segments
  • Execute ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • University graduate or recent graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Proven project management and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
