Hermès seeks a CRM & Client Data Specialist in Milan to manage customer data initiatives, drive CRM strategy, and support Italian and Greek boutiques with data-driven insights.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and protection of customer data; serve as principal liaison for Data Quality initiatives within the subsidiary, driving continuous improvement of the customer database in coordination with Group Data Quality teams
  • Develop and distribute customer insights, KPI monitoring, and CRM reporting to inform strategic decision-making and identify client development opportunities; build targeted customer lists for activation initiatives including in-store events, clienteling, and CRM campaigns
  • Lead the deployment of Group data-related projects within the subsidiary, ensuring clear governance, implementation protocols, resource allocation, and comprehensive rollout support for large-scale customer profile and CRM tool initiatives
  • Act as the primary contact for the Customer Experience community on data and experience topics; provide training and technical support to stores through workshops and on-site visits; maintain issue tracking, escalate concerns to Group stakeholders, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support privacy and compliance efforts; ensure stores remain current on GDPR and data protection procedures; partner with the Customer Experience Manager and ICO department to conduct client compliance reviews and controls

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, fashion management, marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role; prior experience in retail or customer relationship management strongly valued
  • Fluency in Italian and English; French language skills a distinct advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with structured problem-solving approach; excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines without compromising quality

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
