Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare each client appointment in collaboration with affiliated boutiques to deepen client knowledge and understanding of their preferences, sensibilities, and expectations
• Anticipate the specific needs of couture clients, including hospitality, comfort, and discretion requirements
• Coordinate personalized product selection and preparation for appointments, ensuring consistency and coherence across the client's entire couture journey
• Understand couture craftsmanship and manufacturing processes to guide clients effectively in their choices
• Provide warm, refined, and personalized welcome services within private salons
• Create a confidential atmosphere aligned with the Maison's brand image and values
• Supervise the organization and presentation of couture salons, including décor, ambiance, comfort, logistics, and catering
• Ensure the availability, cleanliness, and quality of salon spaces including décor and visual merchandising
• Organize and coordinate hospitality throughout couture appointments in accordance with the Maison's standards
• Coordinate all sales-related processes with in-store teams, including order management, transaction processing, and security
• Embody the Maison's values and serve as its ambassador to clients and external partners
• Maintain the highest standards of personal presentation and professionalism
• Participate in the organization of exclusive events, including private presentations, fittings, and cocktail receptions
• Coordinate external service providers and oversee budget adherence
• Master etiquette protocols necessary to receive clients within a framework of excellence
• Cultivate and maintain the quality of client relationships over time and between appointments
• Schedule and coordinate individual appointments with clients and craft specialists
• Ensure personalized follow-up on all client requests to guarantee quality of experience and fitting sessions
• Collaborate closely with the couture craft team and designated couture specialists
• Work in coordination with the Group's retail activities teams
• Liaise with store sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Partner with the Group's client experience and French retail teams
• Coordinate with international affiliated boutiques and ensure timely information sharing across all teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of confirmed experience in the luxury sector
• Demonstrated expertise in hospitality, retail, haute couture, or fine jewelry
• Excellent relational and interpersonal skills with an acute sense of client service
• Ability to thrive in a complex and demanding environment
• Artistic and cultural sensitivity with genuine passion for couture
• Deep understanding of the codes, customs, and expectations of ultra-high-net-worth clientele
• Strong team collaboration abilities with aptitude for project management
• Discretion and professional confidentiality
• Fluent English proficiency
