Hermès Data Technologies & Innovation seeks a full-time, six-month internship, starting in March 2027, based in Pantin. The intern will support cross-functional digital projects for Group departments, coordinating stakeholders and service providers, tracking delivery and indicators, documenting project work and contributing to process improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements.
- Monitor IT development and conduct acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the operational tracking of digital projects, including schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- Help facilitate steering committees with the various departments.
- Report project progress to the assigned project manager.
- Act as liaison between HDTI teams and service providers and application maintenance teams.
- Help monitor the quality of deliverables provided by service providers.
- Contribute to tracking service-level and performance indicators (SLA, KPI).
- Draft and update project documentation, including meeting minutes, specifications and scoping documents.
- Help identify risks and escalate blockers.
- Participate in business workshops to gather requirements.
- Help structure project-tracking processes within the team.
- Contribute to cross-functional topics, including collaborative tools, methodology and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a four- or five-year higher education qualification at an engineering or business school or university; a specialization in project management or information systems is an advantage.
- Strong interest in digital challenges and digital transformation.
- Rigor, organizational skills and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project is an advantage.
- Professional English is preferred in an international environment.
