Role & Responsibilities
- Support a senior Project Manager in the development and execution of corporate communications projects, including corporate events and finance‑related calendar items.
- Draft project briefs and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between communication, HR, finance and other departments to align objectives and information flows.
- Manage project timelines, monitor deliverables, produce guidelines and prepare post‑action reports and evaluations.
- Contribute to content production for 360° activation plans and HR‑linked communications.
- Conduct sectoral monitoring, write synthesis notes on societal/economic/geopolitical topics, and perform benchmarks and trend analyses.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Grande École, business school, communications programme or university with a specialisation in communication.
- Professional experience in communication — preferably events or project coordination — gained through internships or short contracts.
- Strong organisational autonomy, rigour, attention to detail and a client/service mindset.
- Keen interest in corporate communications, economic and societal news, and geopolitical issues.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and familiarity with social media and media landscapes.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or first professional experience in corporate or event communications, demonstrating autonomy and project‑management capability.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in communications, business, or a related field (Grande École or university level), specialising in communication.
