Hermès seeks Corporate Communication Manager in Paris to lead strategic corporate communications, media relations, and reputation management for the international luxury house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor reputational risks continuously and produce strategic analyses and positioning notes on societal and current affairs topics impacting corporate discourse
- Prepare and manage sensitive communication initiatives in coordination with corporate divisions, press and social media teams, and international subsidiaries
- Define corporate strategy and messaging by drafting speeches, talking points, and Q&A materials to promote and protect the Maison's image domestically and internationally
- Manage corporate press relations with economic media and participate in defining the activation strategy for corporate discourse across all communications teams
- Advise and support other group functions including retail, legal, sustainability, and industrial transition on corporate and reputational issues
- Oversee external agencies and ensure cross-functional management of corporate matters with subsidiary representatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate and sensitive communications in an agency or international group setting
- Advanced English proficiency and ease working in international environments
- Demonstrated strategic vision combined with strong analytical capabilities and excellent organizational rigor
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with agility and responsiveness, including under time pressure
- Diplomatic approach with strong influence and relationship-building capabilities across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong interest in economic, societal, and geopolitical developments and media landscape
