Role & Responsibilities
- Manage finished goods inventory flows—both physical and digital—and support regular stock audits and cleanups
- Ensure on-time delivery coordination by monitoring logistical and scheduling constraints; escalate delays or risks as needed
- Oversee component provisioning and availability for assigned manufacturing domains
- Plan and communicate workshop timelines, operational updates, and scheduling information to all stakeholders
- Anticipate and provision equipment, resources, and facilities required for ephemeral manufacturing workshops
- Manage participant welcome logistics and operational contingencies; liaise with safety teams to ensure compliance during fabrication campaigns
- Observe and document product development processes and project management practices
- Document team activities, internship missions, and capture best practices for organizational learning
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a final-year degree program or on a gap-year internship
- Demonstrated organizational discipline and reliability in previous roles
- Strong interpersonal aptitude and ability to engage productively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Proven adaptability and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience valued
- Comfortable balancing multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on client and operational outcomes
